As per Ayurveda it starts with kafaj vikriti in the cells. And when all the three doshas viz kaf, vat and pitta are imbalanced this condition gives rise to Cancer in Ayurveda this is known as Arbud.
It is not a newly known disease. It was known by the ancients as Arbut, mainly Karkata Arbud. Ultimately it affects the metabolism of the cell and due to this the enzymes and DNA of the cells get suffocated and the DNA revolts against the existing order of the mind giving to the tissues/cells instructions and a tendency develops in the cells to change and multiply to save themselves. According to Ayurveda there are six types of Cancer

When Arbuda blood or become very stiff and one Arbuda grows on top of the previously existing Arbuda-this condition as symptomatic of cancer. The Arbudas have 2 types of characteristics
Spiral (Vastulakar) It causes of cable pair and grows slowly; it does not appear like a ripe wound, but sometimes due to excess pitta and blood even ripeness may be found. Although the patient may be loan and this the local growth in the tumour reflects surplus of blood and flesh.
Fully blown like water Bag, it causes intense pain.

It is uncontrolled multiplification of the cells, and acquires specific name as per the part of the affected body. The uncontorolled growth becomes malignant and when the same spreades from one part of the body to the spreads from one part of the body to the rest of it, the process is known as metastasis.

As has already been explained there are as many types of Cancer as are the parts where cancerous growth is located such as cancer of the skin, cancer of the breast, cancer of the mouth, cancer of the bone. Some scientists have classified Cancer according to the types of tumor like tumor connecting tissues, tearoom carcoma, chondroma.
Nine types of Cancer are:

The exact causes of cancer have not been deciphered. Some Scientist hold into occunent accont of free radical cells and deoxidation process As per Ayurveda is every which cell has its own metabolism is known is Allopathy as free radical cell, known as ama and ultimately due to ama its metabolism gets deteriorated and process of Sanchaya, prasar, prakop, sansthan, sansraya and vyaktibhed damage the cell.

Biopsy is a decisive test used in Allopathy to diagnose cancerous growth. In this text , a small sample constituting cells, blood etc is extracted from the affected part and this smear is then seen under the microscope. Depending on the different parts of the body where cancerous growth occurs different tests are prescribed such as MC period bleeding biopsy, bone marrow biopsy lungs biopsy etc. Formation of tumour in breast’s tounge, throat or any other parts of the body bleeding through urine and rectum as also through which are symptoms of cancer.

In the beginning a detailed step by step process of diagnosis is followed & detailed proforma of diagnosis (Lavanya,s dignostic tool ) is filled up,to rool out the vikriti(The Root cause of the diseases).This activity is known as samprapti. After this, the process of Panchakarma is curried out, followed by Rasa Rasayana or herbal medicine .Our medication are subjective for each particular patient, which depends upon Prakriti ,Vikriti,Dosha,Dhatu etc.  At Lavanya we have all the advanced computerized diagnostic systems in place. Panchakarma is conducted strictly in keeping with the sacred Ayurvedic texts.

In the present scenario patients come to lavanya when either they are refused  from other hospitals or after taking chemotherapy , radiotherapy or surgery.

 

In initial stages like 1st or 2nd

It is more easier to treat at lavanya. The uncontrolled multiplication of cells stops within a month or two and the growth or tumor dissolves in next few or more months. our medicines have no side effects.

If  already  tumor is present then there will be no further growth  (multiplication of cells) after lavanya's Ras-rasayan  medication . But for the liquification of the growth Panch-karma has the great role.

In later stages like 3rd & 4th 

1. The Uncontrolled multiplication of cells certainly stops within two months and also the metastasis or secondary. The dissolution process of tumor depends upon the size and necrosis within the tumor, if it is badly narcotic  then surgical intervention may necessary. But Chemotherapy & Radiation  not required at all . As after Lavanya's  medication there is no question of any further multiplication of the cells so that no malignancy/metastasis.  The Management of  cancer at fourth stage and  badly necroted and metastasis in multiple organs is possible now.



2. Cancerous tumor is dissolved totally by means of  lavanya's Ras-Rasayan Medicines & Panch-karma.. In the process of liquefaction the  well-defined tumor gets converted into an irregular mass. This can be viewed by means of CT scan /MRI/Ultrasound. sometimes there may be increase in the size of tumor in the reports, due to irregular shape of liquefied tumor.   No surgical process is used in dissolving or extracting the tumor. liquification is due to medicinal effects, the liquefied part of the tumor  is slowly absorbed by the veins and lymphatic, expelled out of the body. This liquification will lead to drying up of the former tumor.  The entire process takes 3 to 4 months to complete itself .If the tumor is based on the bone, it may take a longer period. There will be no need  of chemo & radiotherapy. 



3.  If the condition of tumor has  deteriorated to the extent of formation of pus cells or necrosis and multiple wounds, even then the process of liquification results. The tumor gets dissolved what is to be taken care of in this context is to note the site of the wound and to ascertain the likely consequences of dissolution after ripening of the tumor. Whether it should be got rid of by Ayurvedic method of surgery or modern surgery.



4. (1) If the tumor/wounds is present on the outer surface of  the body is treated as wounds (by applying Lavanya's wounds tool ).
   
   
5. (2) if the tumour/wounds is present in side the body , it is adviced to take our medicines for 1-2 months and  then go for modern surgery for the repair. AFTER THE SURGERY CONTINUE OUR TREATMENT .Radio & chemo therapy will not be required.

Many people have the misconception that purva karma like massage ( Sheehan) Formentation ( Swedan)  itself is Panchakarma, while it is merely a preparatory step or Purva karma .Proper Pancha karma means and includes Vaman, Virechan, Vasti, Nasya, Raktamokshan Alongside these sansarjan and Paschat Karma processes are adopted. Devovyapasharya and Satvajay are also performed to add value to the entire process of treatment.

Time Taken in Curing Diseases

Generally perceptible changes start being noticed and felt after one month of treatment. But since the approach of treatment is to root out the disease it is in the fitness of things to continue treatment in certain causes from 3 to 8 months. If the intensity of the disease is greater it may go up to one year.
