Past Illness:

 CT Abdomen (21.02.12): FUC of carcinoma colon reveals multiple irregular heterogeniously enhanding soft tissue density lesions adjacent to ileostomy site, along post operative scar, greater curvature of stomach and ill mesentery S/o metastatic deposits irregular soft tissue thickening is seen around right prosterio lateral margin of uterus with indistinct fat planes with rectum posteriorly, likely S/o recurrence of the disease. Multiple small paraaortic and paracaval lymphnodes are seen. CA-19.9 : 29.4 u/ml (26.03.12).

After Treatment:

 CT Abdomen (17.08.12): Irregular heterogeniously enhanding soft tissue density lesions adjacent to ileostomy site, along post operative scar, greater curvature of stomach and ill mesentery S/o metastatic deposits remains grossly the same. Irregular soft tissue thickening around right prosterio lateral margin of uterus with indistinct fat planes with rectum posteriorly, likely S/o recurrence of the disease with no interval changes. Multiple small subcentimeter paraaortic and paracaval lymphnodes are seen. There is no ascitis. CA-19.9: 4.7 u/ml (08.07.2012)
