Yukti Vyapashaya takes into its fold the following.
Knowing the status of Vata, Pitta and Kafa as also the status of dhatus -Rasa, Rakta, Mansa, Meda, Asthi, Majja, Shukra and Oj as also ascertaining all the Srotas, fire and Malas in the eight fold way (Ashta vidhi) .
On the basis of the above concrete treatment or shodhan is done, which includes Panchakarma, herbal medicines and Rasa-Rasayans. That removes the toxic effect in the cells of the body and rejuvenates the aspects of vitality and disease resistance capacity.
